We are thrilled to announce that Alteris, an accountancy firm based in Switzerland, founded in 2020 with eight staff, has joined BOKS International.

Alteris was created to bring together a group of high-level and passionate consultants. Specialising in accounting, tax and accounting services, they support their clients in merger, acquisition, succession, valuation or governance projects.

Each staff member constantly seeks performance and perfection, at both work and leisure. During weekends, Stéphane Gard, Director and Independent Consultant, will be found on the highest alpine peaks. Tony Lerch, Certified Auditor, will be on Lake Geneva with his sailboat. Didier Wicht, Financial Controller, will be at motorcycle circuits across Europe. To achieve their goals, they surround themselves with the best skills available on the market that ultimately strengthen the client’s experience with each consultant.

Didier Wicht comments: “Our company is located in the heart of a very dynamic and fast-growing region which hosts numerous multinational headquarters, sports federations/IOC and non-profit organisations. In this context, joining an international network soon became a necessity. We are therefore very happy and proud to join BOKS as it will contribute to strengthening our international orientation and help us to provide our national and foreign clients with global solutions.”

Richard Sergeant, Alliance Director at BOKS, says: “We are thrilled with the appointment of Alteris as our representative for accountancy services in Switzerland. We look forward to building a long, prosperous relationship and members will benefit hugely from this fantastic addition to our growing alliance.”
