The goal for this Focus Group is to explore some of the legal and tax practices that affect cross-border transactions and operations between the Asia Pacific Market (in particular China) and the rest of the world. The meeting is open to firms who operate in these markets, and members who would like to learn more about the key differences between some of these different jurisdictions.
The Focus Group will be led by representatives from Zahn Law Group in New York, including members of their Asia Pacific Practice, who have decades of combined experience dealing with cross border legal and tax issues in the region. We also have other individuals with experience advising on cross-border work into and out of Asia and member firms based in Hong Kong, Singapore, & Indonesia to name a few.
