Legal SIG – Mission Statement
The role of the Legal SIG is threefold.
- Networking – Primarily the group is for networking between law firms within the alliance outside of physical events, although the group will meet during those events and often hold dedicated sessions.
- Current Issues – The group also discusses developing topics of current interest, such as the Ukranian/Russian war, the pandemic, or local and regional Law changes that have recently come into effect, such as ECJ judgements and legislative restrictions on the industry.
- Key Topics – The third priority for this group is to provide direction on key topics for coverage by the alliance. These being either specialist topic areas that could be addressed through dedicated Focus Groups (and later, SIGs if it is warranted), or important issues that could be addressed during sessions at our Regional and Global Conferences.
