We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for three fantastic physical conferences scheduled for 2022, which are taking place in Amsterdam and Toronto.

While Amsterdam is a regional conference designed primarily for our European members, representatives from all member firms across all regions are welcome to attend to network and build their connections.

We are particularly looking forward to welcoming all of our members to our Annual Global Conference in Toronto, which will likely be our biggest event yet!

Further information about what you can expect at the events is available below, but before you look at the detail, please take a moment to watch this short promotional video that celebrates our return to physical events.

Regional Meetings

EMEIA Amsterdam – March 24th – 25th 2022

This regional meeting is a fly-in event contained within a single day. It will formally begin the evening before with dinner and drinks at our chosen hotels giving delegates ample time to network and catch up with one another. We will again stay with Hotel W, which served us so well in Kuala Lumpur.

At BOKS conferences, we strive hard to strike the right balance between business and pleasure, ensuring our members have maximum opportunities to meet with one another and share ideas while making the most of their city visits. As such, at both meetings, we offer the optional additions of unique dining experiences on Friday nights and tours of the local area on Saturdays.

On Friday in Amsterdam, you will experience a unique three-hour luxury dinner cruise along the canals, during which you will see practically the whole of the city. On Saturday, there is a private tour of the traditional Dutch district “Zaanse Schans”. The tour includes a visit to windmills, a clog maker, a cheese farm, and a unique visit to the former Mayor’s house preserved in its original condition. The tour will conclude with a 3-course meal at the D’Swarte Walvis restaurant, located fifteen minutes from the centre of Amsterdam, and situated in a typically Dutch landscape along the river Zaan.

Annual Global Conference

Toronto – September 29th – 30th 2022

We are hugely excited and look forward to welcoming you to our first full-length physical conference since 2019. The event will run over two days, with dinner and drinks on both nights included. You will be staying at The St. Regis Toronto, a hotel just steps from Toronto’s most renowned landmarks, including the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre and the city’s premier shopping, theatre and entertainment.

On Friday night, you will eat at the Canoe Restaurant, where you will dine on inspired dishes reflective of Canada’s diverse landscape and whose chefs work closely with farmers and suppliers to source the finest ingredients from across the nation.

The tour on Saturday will take place at Niagara Falls. This will no doubt be a thrilling journey into one of North America’s most impressive natural wonders, followed by lunch at a lovely non-touristy restaurant, a venue which shall be confirmed at a later date.
