Absis Legal is a law firm that since 2003 offers a comprehensive legal advice and defence service, both personal and business, nationally and internationally.

We asked Managing Partner, Antonio Munoz de Gispert, to answer our questions on some key issues in the legal sector.

In your opinion, what is the future for your profession?
In our opinion, the top challenges of the legal profession are the technological challenges of the day to day work and legal advice management, as there will surely soon be artificial intelligence and technological solutions to disputes and conflicts. Another big challenge would be to deal with other conflicts solutions as mediation and arbitration.

What is your growth strategy?
Our main strategy has been always to focus on the best high-quality services personalized to each client. In that sense, we are growing our services to be able to answer all possible legal needs of our clients.

Where do you see your firm 5 years from now?
Our goal in 5 years time is to maintain our well-known experience and be the best reference in Spain.

What is your biggest challenge?
Our biggest challenge is to do our best job and to achieve the most recognitions from our clients and partners.

What percentage of your work is international?
Around 25% of our work caters to international clients. We speak fluent English, French and Spanish.

What business advisory services do you offer?
We offer the following legal services: corporate, international contracts, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, litigations, bankruptcy proceedings, labour, criminal economic and public law.

What was your main driver for being part of BOKS International?
International exposure to local and international clients doing business in Spain and being able to refer our clients to reliable firms abroad.
