In your opinion, what is the future of your profession?
Consultancy.
What is your growth strategy?
Help local entrepreneurs to develop their business outside of China and help foreign companies to expand their markets or sourcing channels in China.
Where do you see your firm 5 years from now?
China is in a recession period, and it will last for 3-5 years. China is in a drastic structural period too for the former developing mode doesn’t work now. Gain strength during the period and keep a sustainable strategy to overcome the difficult period.
What is your biggest challenge?
Drastic change has never occurred in China before. It needs time to find a new developing mode.
What percentage of your work is international?
Nearly 90% of work relates to foreign-invested companies in China. But not too many cases that help local companies to go abroad.
What business advisory services do you offer?
Accounting-local GAAP, Local tax and its related CRS etc. Also Auditing and Assurance.
What was your main driver for being part of BOKS International?
It can help its members to expand the market.

Expanded presence.
How would you describe your typical client?
1. Foreign Rep Office in China; Such as lawyer Rep office and Trading Rep Office.
2. WFOE – Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises in China, including Trading company, IT companies etc.

One of my customers is looking for local one-stop solutions such as bookkeeping, tax filing, staff payroll and social security etc. in Malaysia and Singapore.
How do you target clients who are looking for international services?
Many customers are looking into the Southeast Asia market, and they need local one-stop solutions such as bookkeeping, tax filing, staff payroll social security etc.
Do you specialise in a particular sector or service?
Local Tax, GAAP and Auditing, Local import and Export-related Customs laws and regulation in China.
