In your opinion, what is the future for the accounting profession?
If we consider the accounting profession in a more competitive framework (eg. digitalised services) we believe in reasonable development of the category, to be allocated mainly in services like management accounts, statutory accounts, forecasting, budgeting or advisory, and less in services like bookkeeping.

What is your growth strategy?
BLCI, in providing location-specific professional services to cover international needs, intends to be involved in a more globalised assistance in order to become the benchmark for quality in specific industries.

Where do you see your firm 5 years from now?
In the first 100 top-tier ranking firms in Italy for professional quality.

What is your biggest challenge?
Investing in people to allow them to feel one team.

What percentage of your work is international?
Currently, the average of international work for BLCI partners is equal to 30-40%
