BOKS International recently assisted alliance member BLCI International (BLCI) in expanding its presence in Italy and increasing resources for its clients following a joint operation to recruit three new firms to the BLCI legal and tax network.
This new arrangement more than doubles the combined revenue for BLCI from £2m to £4.5m. For BOKS, it has raised the combined fees from Italy and extended the range of services the alliance can offer to its members while increasing the number of clients referring cross-border work.
The agreement that concluded on May 20th, 2021, sees BLCI join forces with Studio System, a Vicenza-based accounting and tax firm, Chiaravalli Reali e Associati (CHREA), a professional partnership in Milan, and AUDITAL SRL, an audit firm also based in Milan.
