Quarterly meetings are held to spread awareness of dispute resolutions whilst covering varied topics

The Dispute Resolution group aims to give members an opportunity to dive deep into the topic and to increase the general awareness of Dispute Resolution across different jurisdictions. Previous meetings have consisted of discussion on cross border jurisdiction, third party litigation funding and mitigation.
