Discuss and tackle the challenges faced when creating, and growing a strong law firm.
Moving from a lawyer to managing a law firm can be a difficult transition. Although a lawyer may spend years in training, many are not prepared in handling a workforce, particularly independent professions such as lawyers and attorneys. This group aims to discuss and tackle the challenges faced when creating, and growing a strong law firm. The group will cover previous experiences, shortfalls and suggestions to consider when managing a team.
The group meets quarterly to discuss issues based on member requests. Group output is available below, via the link to our document store.
The group is headed up by Rodrigo Jardim of The Portuguese firm JGSA and he can be contacted on [email protected]. Contact details for the other group members are available below.
