BOKS International is pleased to announce the appointment of Sergio Villagarcia as the new Regional Marketing Advisor for Latin America. Formerly a key partner at KC&A in Argentina, Sergio brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the region to his new role, where he will focus on expanding BOKS International’s presence across Latin America and looking after the interests of members in the region.

Sergio’s illustrious career spans over four decades in the financial and consulting industry, marked by significant contributions to corporate decision-making and strategic business processes. At KC&A, he played a crucial role in preparing companies for mergers, sales, or absorptions and led the firm’s Business Process Outsourcing department, which assists companies in focusing on their core businesses by outsourcing comprehensive administrative services.

Sergio has held significant roles internationally. He was the International Director on the Board of PKF International in London, representing Latin America for nine years, and Regional Director for PKF in Latin America, managing 19 firms across 18 countries. Additionally, Sergio founded and led PKF Villagarcia & Asociados, now PKF Audisur, which has grown to include six partners and seventy professionals by his retirement.

Sergio’s role as Regional Marketing Advisor will involve guiding BOKS International through strategic partnerships and new member integrations, aiming to strengthen the alliance’s footprint and service offerings throughout the diverse markets of Latin America. His commitment to quality, integrity, and transparency aligns perfectly with BOKS International’s values, ensuring a successful expansion and enhanced collaboration across the alliance.

As a first step, I am focused on ensuring full coverage across Latin America, so that every member has access to a reliable partner in each country. I am working closely with David Moore, Kenny Burke, and Mark Osgood to help the region grow. Personally, I feel very comfortable and motivated to collaborate with this alliance.

By engaging with both existing and prospective member firms, we aim to develop a strategic plan that promotes high-quality service delivery throughout the region. Our goal is to attract more international clients and strengthen our network through regular regional and international face-to-face meetings.”
