In your opinion, what is the future of your profession?
The future of our profession lies in embracing digital transformation and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Our growth strategy focuses on three key pillars:

Where do you see your firm 5 years from now?
In five years, we aim to be a leading advisory and audit firm in Morocco with a diversified portfolio of international clients. We plan to expand our service offerings, open additional offices, and solidify our reputation as a trusted partner for both local and global businesses.
What is your biggest challenge?
Our biggest challenge is adapting to the rapid pace of regulatory and technological changes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Additionally, recruiting and retaining top talent in a competitive market remains a significant focus for us.
What percentage of your work is international?
Currently, around 18% of our work is international, primarily focused on assisting multinational companies with their operations in Morocco. This percentage is expected to grow as we continue to leverage our membership in BOKS International.

Our clients span various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services.
Tell us about a recent international assignment.
Recently, we assisted a European multinational corporation in establishing a subsidiary in Morocco. The assignment involved multiple aspects:
- Market Entry and Compliance: We provided guidance on Moroccan regulations, tax laws, and labour requirements to ensure the smooth setup of their operations.
- Accounting and Payroll Management: We implemented a robust accounting system tailored to their needs and took charge of their payroll management, ensuring compliance with local laws and practices.
