Upon the merger taking effect, three highly regarded new partners – each possessing a wealth of legal and commercial acumen – joined the ranks of Afik & Co. - Ronit Amir-Yaniv, Adv. (Senior Partner): Brings decades of distinguished experience in providing legal, strategic, and commercial counsel to leading corporations within the Israeli economy and the global arena. Her primary areas of practice encompass securities, competition law (antitrust), Sports Technology (SportTech), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), franchising and retail, commercial law, and overseas real estate.
- Niv Feingold, Adv. (Partner): Focuses predominantly on domestic real estate transactions within Israel, retail, and broader commercial law.
