On Friday, October 15th, BOKS International hosted the third Virtual Members’ Meeting of 2021. We had more than 50 delegates in attendance and early feedback suggests the event was a great success. The networking sessions were highly productive, as member connections were made and strengthened, while the keynote sessions were very well-received.

The event was structured to maximise networking opportunities for attendees via two sets of roundtable discussions utilising breakout rooms on either side of concurrent keynote presentations from Graham Durgan Chairman at Emile Woolf International, and Amanda Garner, principle at The Growth Partnership.

Introduction to Terry Snyder – Global Marketing Adviser

In conversation with Richard Sergent, BOKS news Global Marketing Adviser, Terry Snyder,  introduces himself to the delegates and talks about his background and industry experience.  Terry also discusses what it is about BOKS that attracted him to the alliance and what sets it apart from competitors.

Graham Durgan – The Firm of the Future

Graham Durgan’s presentation, The Firm of the Future, analyses the Professional Services market internationally and the major influences on it. Graham examines the choices all firms have to make and suggests how firms should address them.

Amanda Garner – Ignite Firm Growth Through Leadership Development

In this session, Amanda Garner discusses the importance of leadership development, looking at how it can boost employee engagement, increase an organisation’s ability to deal with gaps in the talent pipeline, and reduce the headaches and costs associated with turnover. In addition, Amanda considers how firms with leadership development have been proven to generate organizational growth at a rate of 2 to 5 times of firms not making this investment a priority.
