On Thursday, December 2nd, BOKS International hosted the fourth and final Virtual Members’ Meeting of 2021. Despite time differences, the event was well attended by delegates from around the world, and feedback tells us it was both valuable and informative.

The meeting was structured using our popular format of randomised networking sessions utilising breakout rooms on either side of concurrent keynote presentations. At this meeting, we heard from Daniel McMahon, Chairman Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Growth Advisors, and Amanda Garner, principle at The Growth Partnership.

Daniel McMahon – Increasing the Firm’s Value During Busy Season

During this presentation, Daniel McMahon shows us that the value of a firm is more than just a theoretical price tag. It’s the single most important measure of success as a collective team of partners and business owners.  Daniel demonstrates how the busiest seasons offer opportunities to undertake tactics to build a more valuable firm.

Amanda Garner – The Importance of Time Management for Achieving Priorities

In this session, Amanda Garner explains how to stop “living in our inboxes” and start prioritising tasks, messages, and appointments to achieve what’s most important to our firm and to ourselves.  Amanda teaches us how to use our unique human capacities to discern the important from the less important – and to focus on structuring our weeks to achieve our most critical priorities.

Registration is now open for all three physical events in 2022. Further information about each event and registration details are available here on the BOKS website.
