The goal of this meeting is to generate business by sharing client M&A opportunities with other members and explore other areas of collaboration in the M&A space.
The meeting will be joint chaired by Jacinto Colorado of VIA Consultores in Spain and Antonio Muñoz de Gispert of Absis Legal in Spain.

Last Meeting Notes:
Members discussed the purpose and format of the M&A Focus Group, explaining technical or commercial expectations. An M&A Database Model spreadsheet has been created to share commercial opportunities across the BOKS alliance. This spreadsheet will drive conversations and consequently increase member awareness and participation; it was suggested that one delegate per member firm attends. A technical chairperson would be welcomed to host the future M&A Focus Group and AnMu is considering the nomination.
